Shipping of products
Shipments and deliveries of products can be made only on the territories of the Italian Republic, S. Marino and Vatican City. Aromè Caffè will ship purchased products only to the destination address specified in the order. We do not accept shipments at P.O. Boxes.
Aromè Caffè will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same, approximately within 24 working hours after acceptance of the order. Delivery is generally within 4 working days. The times given for receipt of goods are approximate.
Delivery charges are billed based on the rates shown on the Site or communicated by Customer Service on the date the order was placed.
The consignee of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs charges prescribed by the regulations in force in the territory of destination of the products.
The courier is responsible for delivery. Aromè Caffè undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of products through Customer Service and, where appropriate, to assist the Customer to protect its rights as per law.
