Frequent questions
What is the difference between pods and capsules?
They are both a portioned dose of disposable coffee to be used with a special dispensing machine. Technically, a pod is a block of ground and compacted coffee covered exclusively with filter paper (example: the Ese 44mm pods), while a capsule means a portion of coffee inserted in a plastic or aluminum container, depending on the system. However, the common language of consumers still leads to often calling capsules with the term “pods”.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices of the products on the site include VAT at 22% (soluble and flavored VAT at 10%, Snack VAT at 10% and 4%).
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
There is no need to worry: the goods are not returned to the sender. The Courier will leave the slip of attempted delivery. The goods will be returned to delivery on the first working day (depending on the courier). Alternatively, you can contact the Courier branch that is in charge of your delivery at the number you find on the aforementioned leaflet and agree on the day and time for delivery.
